At AirNexa, we are committed to complete pricing transparency. Because airline fare regulations vary widely across carriers, classes of service, and fare types, please review our refund and cancellation policies carefully.

1. Airline Ticket Cancellation Rules

The refundability of any airline ticket is determined entirely by the operating airline's fare rules:

• Non-Refundable Economy & Wholesale Fares: The vast majority of discounted domestic and international airfares are strictly non-refundable once issued. If canceled, the airline may issue a flight credit minus carrier change penalties.
• Refundable Tickets: Fully flexible tickets may be refunded back to the original method of payment according to carrier tariff provisions.
• No-Show Penalty: Failure to board a scheduled flight without prior carrier notification results in total ticket forfeiture under airline "no-show" rules.

2. U.S. DOT 24-Hour Cancellation Regulation

Pursuant to U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines, tickets for flights originating or terminating in the United States that are booked at least seven (7) days prior to scheduled departure may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of booking without airline penalty. Carrier-specific policies govern the processing of such voids.

3. Agency Concierge Service Fees

Concierge service fees charged by AirNexa for personalized phone booking, route optimization, manual reservation holds, and customer assistance are non-refundable once our flight agents have researched, reserved, or issued your itinerary upon your verbal authorization.

4. Flight Cancellations Initiated by Airlines

If an airline cancels a flight or makes a significant schedule change (greater than carrier thresholds) and cannot provide an acceptable alternative, passengers are entitled to a full cash refund of the ticket portion directly from the airline under DOT consumer protection regulations. Our agents assist you in claiming this refund from the operating airline.

5. Refund Processing Timeframes

Once an airline authorizes and processes a refund, funds typically reflect on the original credit card statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles, depending on the passenger’s financial institution.
